Chocolate Chia Smoothie

An easy breakfast option, this smoothie provides a large amount of antioxidants and healthy fats, as well as soluble and insoluble fibre to help feed healthy microbes for a thriving digestive system!

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 scoop protein powder


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined
