Chocolate Protein Bliss Balls

Quick and easy to make, these chocolate protein bliss balls are a fast snack when you’re on the go! 

Makes 10-12 bliss balls


  • 1/2 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (approx. 30-40g)

  • 1/3 cup dates, pitted

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until a dough forms

  2. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls, pressing tightly together

  3. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week
