Why buy store bought granola, which can be full of sugar, when you can make a much healthier, delicious version at home?! Our granola is full of heart healthy fats and one serve provides half of your daily fibre requirements!

Serves 4


  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts, such as cashews, almonds and pecans

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin and sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbs LSA

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 4 tbs coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbs ground cinnamon

  • 2 tsp vanilla paste

  • 1 tsp sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 150°C and line a baking tray with baking paper

  2. Mix together oats, nuts, seeds, LSA and coconut flakes in a mixing bowl

  3. In a bowl, mix together melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, vanilla pate and sea salt. Pour coconut oil mixture into oat mixture and stir until well combined

  4. Spread mixture evenly on baking tray and bake for 15 mins, gently turning with a spatula halfway through baking

  5. Leave to cool in tray, and serve with your choice of milk, coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit
