Green Smoothie

This delicious smoothie, packed with more than 20g fibre and almost 15g protein, will leave you glowing! It contains more than your daily recommended amounts of Vitamins A, C and K, for blood, bone, muscle and organ health!

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 small handful spinach

  • 1 small banana, peeled

  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder (or your choice of protein powder)

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes until smooth
