Raspberry Kombucha Mojito


Switch up your cocktails this festive season by adding kombucha instead of regular juice or soft drink to your cocktails, slashing added sugars and unnecessary kilojoules. This mojito is also a good source of Vitamin C, keeping skin and connective tissue healthy!

Serves 2


  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • Small handful fresh or frozen raspberries

  • Small handful fresh mint leaves

  • 120ml gin

  • 330ml Raspberry Lemonade Kombucha


  1. Squeeze and place 3-4 lime wedges in the bottom of each glass. Add the raspberries and mint and muddle together

  2. Fill glasses halfway with ice, add gin and kombucha, and stir to combine

  3. Garnish with a lime wedge
